Production process

– During winter months we apply the pruning of the trees, which contributes to the good formation, the ventilation and the lighting of the new fruits.

– The thinning of the fruits in the apple tree takes place in the spring and aims to increase the size of the fruits, to eliminate their non-uniformity and to improve their quality.

– Red apples are harvested at the appropriate stage of ripeness.

We follow modern production methods, faithfully applying the instructions of our experienced agronomists, protecting the environment and the consumer.
